NEC DXE VoIP
NEC Infrontia’s VoIP product range includes both IP Gateways and IP Gateways with Integral QOS Routers
The VoIP products are standards based so will also interwork with other vendors equipment such as Cisco QOS routers. The IP Gateways can be also be used to provide interoperability with other vendors PBX’s.
Inter-PBX IP Networking
The DXE 96+/600 Systems can support networking feature transparency over the WAN. To achieve this external gateways are used which connect to the DXE PRI or BRI interface cards.
The DXE Systems need to be running the 32 bit processor with a networking software installed
4 & 10 Channel IP Gateways

The 4 channel IP Gateway is based on the Dataflex range of IP Products.
It is a 4 channel gateway available in analogue and ISDN versions. The ISDN version has been designed specifically to provide DXE InterPBX Networking Features over an IP network.
The 10 channel IP Gateway is based on the Dataflex range of IP Products.
It is a 10 channel IP gateway using a PRI interface connecting directly to the DXE PRI Card. It has been designed specifically to provide DXE InterPBX Networking Features over an IP network.

Remote IP Extension Working
DXE System phones can be located on remote sites connected via the WAN, and operate as if they were normal extensions on the main site, with full feature availability. This is an ideal solution for remote workers or sites with a small number of users.
The DXE 96+/600 Systems can support remote IP Extension Working via IP Extender Gateways which connect to DXE Digital Extension Ports.
